We make no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, and (iv) the quality of any tools, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from victorx.xyz or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless victorx.xyz, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from victorx.xyz.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of victorx.xyz immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, for the purpose of litigating any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of victorx.xyz.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
